Announcing the release of Insatiable Consumption of Being by Tiffany Sunday.
Tiffany Sunday’s first collection book is assortment of poems, musings and micro stories that form a universal mediation of philosophical questions of authenticity, humanity, and the preservation of the soul. Themes of longing, toxic relationships, confinement, regret, and anticipation of freedom from the mundane, programmed expectations of society drive Sunday’s search for answers and a road to follow. Sunday injects a futurist realism with a series of poems and micro stories: The Girl and Librarian, The Year 2030 and Artificial Intelligence in which she poignantly demonstrates the stripping away of humanity portrayed by a lowly sea bean.
These themes are counterbalanced with an appreciation of nature. In this contemporary collection Sunday’s mediation and abstract approach reckons with the nuances and subtlety of humanity.
